Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our services. By registering with or placing an order through Pharmacy Weight Loss Daventry, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us

Pharmacy Weight Loss Daventry is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) operating as a weight loss clinic serving patients in Daventry and across the United Kingdom. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council regulations and all applicable UK medicines legislation.

3. Prescriptions and Clinical Assessment

All prescription-only weight loss medications supplied by us require a valid clinical assessment completed honestly through our online consultation process. Prescriptions are issued solely at the discretion of our pharmacist prescriber.

We do not issue prescriptions without a completed consultation. Prescriptions remain the property of Pharmacy Weight Loss Daventry and are issued in accordance with good clinical practice and GPhC standards. We reserve the right to refuse, withhold, or cancel a prescription at any time on clinical or safety grounds.

It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your health, medications, or medical history before each order.

4. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store card details on our systems. Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been successfully received and the prescription has been approved by our pharmacist.

5. Delivery

Once your consultation has been reviewed and your prescription approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery timescales thereafter are subject to the courier service used.

Delivery is available to UK addresses only. You are responsible for ensuring your delivery address is accurate. Pharmacy Weight Loss Daventry accepts no liability for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address details or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

All medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging appropriate for pharmaceutical products.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been approved and the order dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Due to the nature of prescription medicines and the legal requirements governing their return, we are unable to accept returns of dispensed medications unless they are faulty or supplied in error. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refund requests will be assessed on an individual basis and processed in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

7. Medical Disclaimer

The information provided through our service is intended to support, not replace, the professional relationship between you and your GP or other healthcare providers. Our pharmacist prescriber will conduct an assessment, but we strongly encourage you to inform your GP of any medications prescribed through our clinic.

Weight loss medications carry potential side effects and risks. You are responsible for reading all patient information provided with your medication. If you experience any adverse effects, you should seek medical attention immediately and contact us to report the concern.

We do not accept liability for any harm arising from the use of medications where inaccurate or incomplete information was provided during consultation.

8. Data and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your personal and medical data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. 9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
